A United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket launched a classified payload for the National Reconnaissance Office from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. The rocket flew in the Medium+ (5,2) configuration with two solid rocket boosters.

Looks like there were some extra flames there at launch!
